Introduction

Aero Controls are pleased to provide the following course outline for DLE combustion mapping familiarization, on Gas Only (3 day course) and Dual Fuel (5 day course) DLE Gas Turbines. The course is tailored to suit end clients needs for Gas Only and Dual Fuel DLE Applications.

1. Dry Low Emissions (DLE) Combustion Mapping Familiarization for DLE Gas Turbines (5 days duration)

  • The training provides the course participant with the requisite knowledge to understand the hardware layout of the LM2500 OR LM6000 Dual Fuel DLE systems, from the fuel metering valves, staging valves, purge valves, fuel pre-mixers, to the air bleed valve.
  • Provides an insight into the gas turbine mapping control schedules.
  • Provides an overview of the “mapping” of the gas turbine control schedules, including discussion on and how to recognize the various mapping boundaries.
